IoT generates massive sensed data. However in many practical cases, sensed data are lost through sensing, storage, and transmission. We should recover the incomplete sensed data. In my keynote speaking I will address how to recover the incomplete data in an intelligent way. I will introduce our most recent research results of intelligent recovery of incomplete sensed data by DQN, Recurrent Neural Network, and Deep Neural Network.
Minho Jo received a BA from the Department of Industrial Engineering, Chosun University, South Korea, in 1984, and a PhD from the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Lehigh University, USA, in 1994.
Prof. Minho Jo is the Chairman of IoT and Cognitive Network Lab, Korea University, S. Korea. He was one of the Founders of Samsung Electronics LCD Division
in 1994. He is a senior member of IEEE and is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems, indexed in SCI (JCR) and SCOPUS.
He now serves as an Editor of IEEE Wireless Communications, an Associate Editor of IEEE Internet of Things Journal and an Associate Editor of IEEE Access.
He served as an Editor of IEEE Network.
Prof. Jo is currently the Vice President of KSII (Korean Society for Internet Information). He was the Vice President of IEIE (Institute of Electronics and Information Engineers). He is currently the Co-Chairman of IEEE IoT/CPS Security Workshop, October 22-24, 2018, Seattle, WA, USA.
Topic of his current interest includes deep learning in IoT, big data in IoT, cloud computing, and HetNets.
